Links It's the latest puzzle game from the New York Times. The game tasks you with sorting a pool of 16 words into four secret (for now) groups by figuring out how the words are related to each other. The puzzle resets every midnight, and each new puzzle has a different difficulty level. Just like WordYou can track your winning streak and compare your scores with your friends.

How to play links

Inside LinksYou’ll be presented with a grid of 16 words — your goal is to organize these words into four sets of four by identifying the connections that connect them. These sets might cover concepts like video game series titles, book series sequels, shades of red, chain restaurant names, and so on.

There are often words that seem like they could fit more than one theme, but there is only one 100% correct answer. You can shuffle the word grid and rearrange it to help you better see potential connections.

Each group is color-coded. The yellow group is the easiest to understand, followed by green, blue, and purple groups.

Choose four words and hit To sendIf you guess correctly, four words will be removed from the grid, revealing the theme that ties them together. If you guess incorrectly, it will count as an error. You will only have four errors until the game is over.
